Senior Fitness

When we age, we unfortunately decrease in important areas like muscle size, strength, flexibility, bone density, vertebral fluid, heart rate max, balance, and energy levels. We also increase in several areas like fat storage, blood pressure and curvature of thoracic and lumbar spine.

These do not sound like exciting things to lose or gain but there is an answer. Exercise and proper nutrition have been proven to slow down, stop and even reverse age-related decline.
